We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to be part of our team. If you are customer focused, love plants and can provide practical gardening solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for horticulture students or anyone eager to expand their knowledge in a boutique retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers with plant selections and provide practical gardening advice

– Deliver exceptional customer service, including answering general gardening enquiries

– Support daily operations and maintain the nursery to a high standard

– Perform plant care tasks, including hand watering and plant maintenance

Requirements

– Knowledge of common plants, gardening techniques, and basic plant care principles

– Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks

– Comfortable working in various environmental conditions

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

– Previous retail experience

– Weekend availability

– Own transport

Highly Desirable

– Certificate III in Horticulture

– Fork lift licence
