Gooseberry ‘Captivator’ – thornless – Self Pollinating

Gooseberry ‘Captivator’ is a thornless variety that produces yellow/green berries that ripen to red on the plant. The fruits are lovely, plump and easy to pick. They are sweet to eat when they are red. The flowers are pink and open in spring before the summer fruit harvest, they are self fertile. The light foliage turns yellow in autumn. Gooseberry ‘Captivator’ has excellent mildew resistance, good vigour and good disease resistance.
