Malus x domestica. Fruiting Apple. Skin colour pale green becoming yellow, with numerous conspicuous lenticels. Flesh colour is cream, with slight tinge of green. Crisp and firm. Juicy. Fine grained. Good keeping qualities. Flavour is sweet with a little acid.
