Malus x domestica. Fruiting Apple. Skin rich green with numerous conspicuous lenticels. Flesh greenish-white. Crisp, firm. Excellent keeping qualities. Flavour good. Distinctively sprightly. A sweeter flavour develops in the fruit if left to hang on the tree. Keeps well. Ideal for stewing, cooking and fresh fruit. Mid to late season maturity.
